Symplicity's Print Procurement solution is a state of the art web based system that automates and enhances job workflow, order management, reporting, charge ticket entry, and many other tasks contained within an Agency's Print Procurement and Graphics Division.
The solution provides an interface for an Agency's customers to place orders online reducing paper trails, increasing responsiveness, and integrating order statuses to provide an enhanced customer experience. Vendors are also able to use the system to bid on SPA orders and enter tracking information which allows Printing and Graphics to increase responsiveness and provide up to the minute and accurate information. The system also automates the generation of GPOs PDF forms (SF-1, 2511) and interfaces with IPAC invoices.
