Symplicity Corporation will now offer InterviewStream, the market leading provider of interview coaching tools with more than 200 career services customers worldwide, to its customers through an integrated offering.

Through the InterviewSteam and Symplicity partnership, nearly 800 institutions using the Career Services Manager (CSM) service will have the option to provide their students with a seamless interface to InterviewStream’s interview preparation tools.

Interview preparation is key to job-search success, and this new offering means students at CSM schools can get the help they need on a 24/7 basis. Students at participating schools will be able to conduct virtual “mock” interviews at the career center or from their dorm room, while the schools will be able to customize the mock interviews using thousands of interview questions from industry-leading HR professionals. In addition, the mock interviews are recorded using any internet-connected computer and webcam so that they can be reviewed online to help students improve and enhance their interviewing technique.
